Process
From sketch to seamless
How is a custom Corian vanity made?
A custom Corian vanity is made in four stages: a site visit and measured design, choosing a colour and finish from samples, fabrication in the workshop where sheets are joined and shaped into one piece, and on-site installation where joints are sanded and polished until they are inconspicuous.
Design
We visit, measure the room and the plumbing, and talk through how you use the space. You receive drawings with dimensions, basin position and storage layout before anything is cut.
Design: We visit, measure the room and the plumbing, and talk through how you use the space. You receive drawings with dimensions, basin position and storage layout before anything is cut.
Material: You choose a Corian colour and finish from physical samples, viewed in your own bathroom light. We advise on tones that hide water marks and suit the room.
Fabrication: In our Lahore workshop the sheets are cut, joined with colour-matched adhesive and thermoformed where curves are needed, so the top and basin become one continuous piece.
Installation: Our team installs the vanity, connects it to the plumbing and sands and polishes every joint on site until the surface reads as seamless.
End-to-end service.
One team handles design, fabrication and installation, so there is a single point of contact from the first measurement to the final polish.
